We started four years ago with a simple frustration: most real estate photography in Melbourne looked the same — flat lighting, rushed editing, no point of view. Today, after photographing more than 3,000 properties across every postcode in metropolitan Melbourne, our work is editorial in tone, technically precise, and finished with an editing style agents tell us their vendors actually notice.
We shoot on professional Sony bodies, blend HDR with natural light depending on what each room demands, and treat every shoot — from a one-bedroom apartment in South Yarra to a heritage estate in Toorak — with the same attention. Our drone pilots are CASA-accredited and in-house, never subcontracted. Before you book
- How quickly will I receive my photos?
- Standard delivery is next business day (within 24 hours of the shoot). Same-day rush turnaround is available if you call us before midday — ideal for urgent campaign launches.
- Do you cover all Melbourne suburbs?
- Yes. We cover all of metropolitan Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. Our most frequently photographed suburbs include Toorak, Brighton, South Yarra, Hawthorn, Kew, Malvern, and Camberwell — but we go wherever you need us.
- Are you CASA-accredited for drone flights?
- Yes — our drone pilots are fully CASA-accredited and our aircraft is registered and insured for commercial operation. We handle all airspace checks and NOTAMs. No third-party operators.
- What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?
- We monitor conditions closely. If the weather will significantly affect the result (heavy rain, storm, flat overcast for an exterior-heavy property), we'll reschedule at no charge. Minor cloud cover is often workable and we'll let you know either way.
- Do you carry public liability insurance?
- Yes. We carry comprehensive public liability insurance. Certificate of currency available on request — just ask when you book.
